CALABRIAN
PINK FAIRYTALE
Barbara and Gabriel discovered Tropea on holiday and were blown away by it. Calabria is a region made of overwhelming colours and scents, which captivate you and whose memory never abandons you… it is a land in which the abundance of flowers and fruits reigns supreme, almost as if nature always wants to pay homage to its visitors.
These are the elements, along with the sea, that remain most vividly imprinted in the memory of those who live there or continue to return, and it is precisely this romantic mood that the two young spouses wanted to enhance on their big day. They chose to get married in a place where the land meets the sea, a slow-paced oasis overlooking the port dressed in onion pink, immersed in fields of organic crops.
Starting from the wedding dress, every aspect of this event was infused with meaning and character, with the aim of giving guests an experience that would allow them to discover an authentic territory.
The ceremony took place in the nearby church, with a floral arrangement reminiscent of hedges scorched by the August sun from which warm brushstrokes of resilient flowers emerge.
For the reception, a romantic, colourful and fresh setting was designed, something typical of the area. It paid homage to the colours and scents of Calabria in an unconventional way and it was at the same time soft, delicate and elegant, in perfect harmony with the tones, the experience and the concept of the venue. A refined decorative arrangement, full of character, in which the colourful shades of the flowers are mixed with splashes of colour and an abundance of local fruits.
